THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

New Client Color, New Client Color Cut
The new client color, new client color/cut categories are for all new clients, and/or returning clients that know their hair needs a little extra time. 

Reservations
Please arrive on time to your reservation to ensure you receive your full service. Please be aware that arriving late to your appointment may result in altering the services available or cancellation. We recommend that you book your next reservation prior to leaving the salon so that we can best accommodate your schedule.

Cancellations
As a courtesy to our other guests and our salon team, please provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation for an appointment. All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. You can do so online or by calling/texting 920.445.4492. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide you with the best services possible!

Bridal Parties
Edge offers wedding day hair styling and makeup services. All services are a la carte, including any trial visits. Stylists are available to do bridal parties on-location. Email Edgesalongb@gmail.com for more information and pricing.

Your Kids
We really do love kids. Some of our stylists have cute little kids, some are aunts and uncles and we were all kids once too, but the seating and space can be limited at the salon, so to ensure a peaceful visit for you, other guests, and to ensure the safety of your children, please try to leave them home if they do not have an appointment. If your child will be accompanying you, we ask that you provide headphones for any phone/tablet etc they have keeping them occupied. Thank you for understanding.

Cell Phone Policy
For the enjoyment of other guests and so that we can give our full concentration to our clients, we ask that you put your cell phone ringer on “vibrate” or “off” while receiving services. Please refrain from using speaker phone, playing music or watching videos while in the salon unless doing so with headphones.

Service Redo & Return Policy
If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let Edge Salon know within 10 days of your visit and we will happily make the adjustments needed. Due to the amount of time and products invested, we do not offer refunds on services.

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will even exchange, or provide  a refund via gift card within 10 days of purchase.
